Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Jewellery and paintings travel by insured delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery or an insured courier. Delivery costs £15, and is free on pieces over £500.

Furniture can be collected, or sent by courier at a price quoted after purchase. For anything else, please ask before you buy how it will travel.

Your right to cancel

When you buy online you have 14 days from the day you receive a piece to tell us that you want to cancel. Once the piece has come back to us, your refund is made within 14 days of receiving it. The refund includes the cost of standard delivery if you paid for it. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send it back. Nothing is deducted from the refund unless the piece has been used or damaged.

To cancel, use the contact form, giving your name and the piece you bought.

Unless we tell you otherwise, you pay the cost of posting a piece back. Please pack it carefully.
